Telepoem Booth

Listen to the language. Close your eyes and imagine. There is more than one way to experience a poem. In a realisation of the application of digital technology to the dissemination of culture in an interactive community project, telepoembooths could be set up by libraries to get words off the page and into people’s lives.

The amazingness of libraries and librarians cannot be confined to shelves and buildings. Telepoembooths and coffee cups require innovation, ingenuity, imagination – that’s the kind of librarian I want to be.
